Share accommodation is one of the most popular living options for students or travellers coming from overseas.
We provide accommodation in fully equipped units or houses (fully furnished and equipped including internet, some with cable TV). In a typical share accommodation situation, two students (of the same gender or couples) share one bedroom and all members of the household have access to the bathrooms, living room and kitchen.
There is a Sharehouse Leader who takes care of the property and makes sure that the house ground rules such as keeping the house clean and tidy and taking good care of the furniture and appliances are followed by all students.
All living costs such as electricity, gas and water bills as well as the internet and cable TV fees are included.
Sharing accommodation provides a great solution for students in terms of managing their daily costs of living. Moreover, it is a great opportunity to meet new people from different parts of the world, experience their culture and habits, make new friends and most importantly improve the English language skills.
Minimum stay in share accommodation is 4 weeks. Share accommodation can be easily extended and majority of students do exactly that. It means that the longer you stay in the house or apartment the less you pay per each week of your stay.
